We write surveys for litigations involving accidents or technical incidents. Technical fields like aircraft operation regulations, maintenance, airworthiness, air traffic management, facilities, certification, and licences are often important factors in aviation accidents and incidents. Having worked on both sides of the bidding process, we have extensive experience of public tenders. We can also assist candidates to prepare a bid proposal, increasing their chances of success.

Risk assessment is a technique being used in more and more sectors. We have experience of carrying out risk assessments for a diverse range of specialisms. Some examples include airport (air side) construction projects, airport obstacle limitation, surface clearance, and special air operations.
Such studies can be required by the authorities in order to demonstrate the achievement of minimum safety levels and to approve specific activities, such as aerial work, air shows, special transportation or infrastructural changes. Sometimes, a risk assessment study can be the best guarantee of safety. They provide peace of mind and the knowledge that the actions being executed involve only an acceptable level of risk.
